Hahaha.
Anyway
I like putting disclaimers in my blog
And so here it is:
Disclaimer: I am about to go into excruiciating detail about my weekend. If stuff like that bores you to tears and makes your eyeballs hurt, well... you've been warned. Don't sue me =)
Sooo.....
Haiyo it's so hard to blog right now coz i have two songs stuck in my head: Beat It by Michael Jackson, and (I never promised you a) Rose Garden by Martina McBride
Do you know how annoying it is when the lyrics of these two extremely different songs get jumbled up together?!
Anyway.
I had a wonderful wonderful weekend!
On Saturday, I met Wan Dien, Rachel, Alicia, Jeremiah and Fook Zhen at Melaka Central
I say "met", but that sounds too leisurely and organized. In truth it was more like... well, lets just say I'm lucky the bus didn't leave without me =D
I happen to possess a horrible sense of direction
I get lost really really easily!
Lke, I swear I can get lost in a house with more than two rooms. That's how bad I am!
So yes, I got lost at the bus station.
But I'd rather put bad memories behind me =)
The bus ride was interesting! Which is more than can be said for most bus rides right?
In the first place, the bus (KKKL i think? or was it some other company?) had the COOLEST tv i've ever seen on a bus
It was totally flat screen, LCD like!
And they were showing this movie (english! bonus points for them! haha) called Man of Steel, which is really a lot like Iron Man, only less cool
The movie... well. I guess it was okay. If you like cliched movies with really... lame punchlines
Like, the main guy (the so-called "man of steel) fell into a garbage truck from a building
And the female-genius-sidekick of his was asking him if he was okay, and he brushed rubbish off and said "I'm okay, just a bit trashed"
HOW LAME IS THAT?! -______-
It reminded me of those stiff Arnold Schwartzeneggar movies which are totally lame!
The only cool thing is that the guy is huge. And i really mean HUGEEE! He freaking towers over EVERYONE in the movie by like at least two heads! And he has this really huge hammer (really really hugeeee) which does cool things like shoot out laser beams, and can become a magnet that sucks the bad guy's knives and gun.
Other than that it was lame.
Maybe I enjoyed the movie more than I thought, because for some reason I was the only one that didn't fall asleep on the bus (oh let me just say here that the TV is retractable. RETRACTABLE! A retractable LCD tv on a BUS! Soon these babies will fly I tell you)
So, being the sly, cunning creature that I am, I managed to get embarrassing pictures of my 4 sleeping travel buddies =D
and this is to be continued.
sorry rachel! =/
